First you need to understand why I had no idea what the issue was and why most people just do buy bulk l citrulline dl-malate get what nutrition really is. I then started to think how many more people fall into this category. This would include everyone that never graduated for high school. All of the people that where not going on to college, those that went to liberal arts schools, those with law degrees and even some doctors who may be did not go to a technical college before going on to med school. There is a whole lot of people who do not have any chemistry in their background.
I was never that good in chemistry but I do understand the concept of how molecules join to form other molecules. Although there are examples all around us but if you have not had chemistry you would not realize that this was a chemical reaction and would even have no reason to think in my terms of what is really going on. Cooking is the classical example where something that was alive is cooked and the results is a new substance that is different than the original that is now dead that when put into the body has to be processed differently then when it was fresh.
Another example is the chemistry of a pool. I myself did not completely understand that when the pH of a pool was acidic it was sick. Make the pool alkaline is not the complete answer either because if the pool is too alkaline scale starts to build up on the surfaces of the pool.
Knowing that the human body and all living things are basically chemically alkaline but when we eat anything cooked or pasteurized or even if the fresh friut is cut open and exposed to air it will begin to decay and become acidic. We are putting substances in our body that are basically acidic. Our body will process our food and will try to do whatever is possible to keep our bodies alkaline and when it fails to do this our body fluids become acidic and we can more easily get sick or we become more susceptible to disease.
People who do not have any chemistry just do not believe that it is all just that simple. Keep the body alkaline and you will not get sick or get a disease. A good way to see this is to measure the saliva of a healthy person and a sick person. Anyone can do this by using litmus paper that can be purchased at most health food stores.
You will want to measure your saliva 2 hours after eating and you will want to clean your mouth by swallowing as much saliva as possible before putting the litmus paper in your mouth.
Saying is one thing and doing what you say can be difficult Most everything we enjoy eating is cooked or pasteurized and therefore acidic With proper nutrition we can feed are bodies with alkaline food and this in turn will keep the body healthy.
A cancer diet is packed with fresh fruits and vegetables all alkaline. Plenty of water washes out the acidity in our organs and helps to dilute the acid.
Why you should really understand this is the body is nothing more than a very sophisticated chemical processing plant that tries to maintain an alkaline pH balance in the body. If you cannot discipline yourself to eat correctly you should at least keep your body balanced by taking supplemental nutritional products.
Most nutritional products have different levels of helpfulness. Some work faster than others and some require larger dosages to get better results. Each person and condition is an experimental process where the user has to reach a dosage rate (serving size) that meets their personal needs. Like a doctor one dosage is tried and then depending on the results the dosage is either increased of decreased. With a new user of nutritional supplements it is better to go with as much as you can afford because unlike drugs most nutritional products will never do any harm.
